Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

butter

extra virgin olive oil
1
head of garlic
peeled and sliced or slivered
8-10
cups
frozen or fresh green beans
approx., cooked
freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
1/2
cup
grated cheese
I like to use a mixture of mozzarella and Parmesan
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Stir in green beans, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beans are heated through, 3-5 minutes.
Stir in cheese until melted, and serve.
