Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease muffin tins.
Measure all dry ingredients into a large bowl. Mix in raisins.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add oil, molasses, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat to mix. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir just to moisten.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling them right to the top.
