Simple recipes always get my vote. Something that’s quick and easy to throw together quickly becomes one of my favorite go-to meals.
There’s something refreshing and summer-y (even if it’s almost fall) about Greek marinades. I’m sure this recipe would be equally delicious with chicken, and I plan on trying that soon (I’ll let you know how it goes!).

Grecian Pork Tenderloin
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 1 pound pork tenderloins
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for pork in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake sealed bag until ingredients are well mixed. Place tenderloins in the bag, seal, and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 hours.
- Preheat grill for medium heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate, and discard marinade. Grill tenderloins for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once, or to desired doneness.
