I’m back. But, you will probably be disappointed with me. I don’t have some revolutionary, original recipe to share. It is a fantastic recipe. But it has one ingredient. Okay, well maybe 2 or 3 if you count the fruit. Cut me some slack though – I just finished unpacking!
But tell me, can you honestly say that there is a prettier, more sophisticated, and more simple dessert than this?
I thought not.
Chocolate Dipped Fruit
Ingredients
- milk or dark chocolate melting wafers
- berries or fruit
Instructions
- Put your chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt for 30 second intervals, stirring after each time. You'll probably only need to do it 2 or 3 times.
- Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Dip your fruit into the melted chocolate. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
